Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced and dependable CNAs and HHAs to join our growing team. Caregivers will provide one-on-one support to clients, helping them maintain independence, safety, and comfort in their homes.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, ambulation
Provide companionship and emotional support
Meal preparation and light housekeeping
Medication reminders
Support with mobility and transfers (gait belt, sit-to-stand, hoyer lift, etc.)
Maintain accurate shift notes and communicate changes in condition
Provide a warm, positive, and respectful presence in the client’s home
Requirements:
Current CNA or HHA certification (Massachusetts)
Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Able to pass a CORI background check
Professional, reliable, and punctual
Strong communication skills
Comfortable working independently
Ability to maintain client privacy and follow HIPAA guidelines
