JOB DESCRIPTION

Inkster, MI | $17.13–$18.00/hour
Afternoon Shift Priority (2:00 PM – 11:00 PM)

ASPGM LLC / ALL Love Home is a licensed adult foster care provider serving adults with mental health and cognitive needs in a structured 24/7 residential behavioral health setting.

The Afternoon Shift is the most operationally critical shift in our facility. Medication administration, structured routines, meal coordination, resident supervision, documentation, and evening stabilization all occur during this timeframe.

We are seeking dependable, emotionally mature professionals who can operate with leadership presence even when working independently.

This is not a passive caregiving role. This is a structured, compliance-driven, documentation-heavy position aligned with Michigan AFC standards.

 
Core Responsibilities
• Direct supervision and support of adult residents
• Accurate medication administration following established protocols
• Detailed and professional documentation every shift
• Coordination of evening routines and structured activities
• Maintaining safety, cleanliness, and inspection-ready conditions
• Transporting residents using company-owned, insured vehicles
• Providing clear verbal and written shift-to-shift communication
• Immediate response to safety concerns or emergencies

 
Professional Expectations
• Remain on shift until properly relieved
• Maintain professional communication at all times
• Follow all licensing procedures exactly as written
• No sleeping on shift
• Limited personal phone use
• Accountability for attendance and punctuality

Reliability is non-negotiable in a 24/7 licensed environment.

Pre-Employment Requirements (Must Be Completed Before Start Date)
• 18+ years old
• Valid Michigan driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check
• Fingerprints submitted
• TB screening
• Health clearance / physical
• CPR / First Aid certification

Candidates who are fully compliance-ready at time of hire may qualify for higher starting pay.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in caregiving, behavioral health, or residential support (preferred but not required).
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities during high-activity shifts with professionalism.
  • Availability for at least one weekend shift per month.
