CAREGIVER NEEDED – GARDEN CITY 

Legacy Home Care is seeking a reliable and experienced caregiver for a 95-year-old male client located in Garden City, NY.

 Location: Garden City
 Schedule: Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays
 Hours: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM

 Caregiver must have a minimum of 5 years experience

 Client Overview:

Requires assistance with all activities of daily living
Needs guarding with mobility and support with toileting
Assistance required with dressing, bathing, and personal care
Cooking is required, including diabetic-appropriate meal preparation
Client follows a very structured and regimented daily routine
✅ Caregiver Requirements:

HHA, CNA, or PCA preferred
Must be a driver with reliable transportation (client does not need to be driven, but dependable transportation is important)
Must be experienced, dependable, and attentive to routine
Comfortable assisting with diabetes-related dietary needs
