FirstLight Home Care is hiring
Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides who want
steady work without being locked into long shifts.
We have:
- A consistent daytime shift in Highland (9 AM – 2 PM)
- Additional short 3–4 hour shifts in Brighton & Howell
- The ability to stack shifts and build a full-time schedule if you want it
� Whether you want a few hours a week or full-time hours, we can work with your availability.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping clients with daily care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Light housekeeping and simple meal prep
- Supporting mobility and keeping clients safe at home
- Communicating with our team so care stays consistent
What We’re Looking For
- Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, or similar role preferred
- Someone reliable, patient, and kind
- Comfortable working in different homes
- Reliable transportation (you may see more than one client)
- Someone who shows up and truly cares
