As predicted by the U.S. Department of Labor, CNA and caregiver jobs are expected to grow 20% between 2010 and 2020. The growth for caregiver jobs is reflected by the growing aging population. As the baby boomer generation ages, there is an increased need for caregivers, home health aides, and CNAs to care for this demographic.
